My policy regarding appointment rescheduling and cancellations. If you need to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, there will be a 50% rescheduling fee. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment will incur a 100% fee. I understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise.
